Method 1

Measuring an existing ring

1 – Print this page, ensuring that page scaling is set to none in the print dialog box.
2 – Find a ring that already fits your finger.

3 – Position the ring over the circles drawn below, lining up the inside of the ring with the circle that best matches its size.
4 – If your size is between two sizes or if you are unsure of your size, opt for the largest of the two.

Method 2

Measuring an existing ring

1.  Take a length of string or cut a strip of paper no more than 1cm wide (a slightly less than half an inch)
2.  Wrap it around the largest part of your finger
3.   Use a pen to mark the point on the string or strip of paper where it forms a circle
4.  Pick the marked strip or string of paper on a flat surface
5.   Using a ruler, measure the distance from the end of the string or paper to the mark you make
6.   Compare your measurement with the chart below to determine your ring size
